Your Carata subscription is designed to give you the freedom to order more without worrying about delivery fees on eligible orders. However, there are a few situations where your subscription benefits don’t apply.

Pickup and Drop-off Requests– If you’re placing a pickup or drop-off request, you’ll be given the option to pay using your available VKM. Unlike eligible business orders, VKM isn’t applied automatically to these requests.

Orders Outside Your Package Radius– Orders Outside Your Package Radius
Your subscription covers deliveries within the distance included in your package. If the business you’re ordering from is farther away than your plan covers, you’ll simply pay for the additional delivery distance.

Orders Below Your Package’s Minimum Order Value- Every subscription package has a minimum order value. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum spend required for your plan, it won’t qualify for free delivery under your subscription.

More Than Your Concurrent Order Limit- Each subscription also includes a limit on the number of orders that can be active at the same time. If you’ve reached your plan’s concurrent order limit, you’ll need to wait until an active order is completed before placing another order using your subscription benefits.

If VKM finishes– Once your available VKM has been used up, eligible orders will no longer be covered by your subscription. You’ll simply pay the delivery fee until your VKM is renewed.

Your subscription is designed to cover the vast majority of your everyday orders. These limits simply help ensure that every plan remains fair, reliable, and sustainable while continuing to offer excellent value.
